At Lavanya Sarees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. Please note that all the products we deal in are handcrafted, and weaving irregularities are a natural characteristic of handloom, adding to the uniqueness of each piece. Hence, we would be unable to accept a return / exchange on a product. 

Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return.
